I just came back from watching the Assassin’s Creed Movie.
Yes, I’m well aware how late to the party I am.
Aveline: A small gesture. Hardly enough. I can offer them a wage, but what good is money without freedom?
Gérald: One day… it will come. Or you will make it. I know it.
Aveline: And in the meantime, what? I should congratulate myself while everyday they face abuse, or worse? The Templars will never allow slaves to be free! They keep even the rich in bondage – though most people would never suspect… Gérald, if my father hadn’t freed my mother, I’d be in the same predicament.
Gérald: But he did.
Aveline: I still owe them better.
Edward: So what’ll you do with your Share of the Gold we take from Governor Torres? Return to Africa? Prince among Men?
Adéwalé: I cannot return to a Place I have never been. I was born in Trinidad, a Slave from my first Breath.
Edward: Ah. But wouldn’t you feel… I don’t know… More welcome there?
Adéwalé: As you might feel more welcome in Paris?
Edward: Fair Point.
Adéwalé: With this Skin and this Voice, where can I go in the World and feel at Ease? This Country here is my best Chance. This Country called Jackdaw, where I know the Names of all Citizens, and they know Mine, and we work together. Not always out of Love, but to keep our Country afloat.
Edward: I think I understand ye. Let’s take her, then. For the Citizens of Jackdaw!
“Star Of The County Down” sung by the one and only Darby McDevitt (the creative scriptwriter for Ubisoft)
(Yes, this a tavern song heard in Black Flag and Rogue. The former he was the script writer for.)
wow this doesn’t sound like darby at all, would never his it was him if I hadn’t been informed
Me neither. But guess what, right. If I make a post or reblog, right… It’s shared to Twitter. Now it didn’t tag him, but it said his name, and Darby responded
yeah I did see that lol, but how can we be sure?
Because if it wasn’t, he would’ve said so. Not said “😎”
he does have “competent musician” written in his bio, so it is very likely I suppose
The .pck files for Ezio trilogy may be outdated for the program to use so you’ll have to use an older extracting program. Though it should work if you extract them as their original ogg format instead of an mp3 (I haven’t done Ezio’s trilogy in ages so I’m not 100% on that).
