It’s the dialogue that’s heard right before the Sync Nexus.

That file was extracted from the game’s SFX.pck file. However, just like the previous ones, some music makes it into the SFX.pck than the music.pck (I think it was AC4 when they first started adding music.pck file).
Also, the general idea is that Chris Tilton composed the single player mission tracks, Sarah Schachner did the multiplayer and combat tracks, and Ryan Amon did crucial scenes from the single player… or something like that (they only released 5 tracks by him after all).
I think that’s more of a sound effect than a track.
It’s been a year and a half since that trailer was released and no one still knows, unfortunately.
Unless you barge through Ubisoft studio’s door and demand answers, it’ll probably remain a mystery.
… Don’t try what I just said, by the way.

I’ll take “Earth” by Jesper Kyd for $300
I’m not seeing the problem you’re having here. I changed the link, but it’s still the same one as before. Maybe Dropbox is blocked in your country?
If you want specific clips from the set, check either the ACR characters list or the memories/missions list to see if it’s there. Most of them have been posted individually on here because people are too lazy to download the sets don’t know the sets exists.
In the Animus storyline, Black Flag occurs before AC3, Freedom Cry occurs after Black Flag, Rogue occurs during the events of AC3 with tie ins to Unity, and Liberation also occurs during AC3.
The present day storyline is chronological with the exception to Liberation and Fredoom Cry, where there isn’t any.
