AC1 is the only game I don’t have it on the PC (also, all the sound clips from that game are gameplay recordings for that reason). So I can’t help you with that. Sorry.
However, from what I quickly Googled, try what people have suggested it here (see post #7 or post #18 on the page 2 or post #22 on page 3). If none of those work, try reinstalling the game. And if that fails…

It kind of sounds like a very slowed down version of “The Rules of Rome" from Brotherhood, but I don’t think it is (I even tried changing the speed and pitch of that portion to see if it was).
By the way, was Pi any good?

The background music in the Lady Black Speed Drawing is a variation of “Saba Island.” The original version is found in the complete edition soundtrack, but I believe the one heard in the video is an in-game track (I’ll look into it later…)
