Hiya, I was wondering, if you could find/do a recording of one of the songs sung in the gazebos in The Strand district and maybe Westminster. I can’t seem to find a recording anywhere of it on the internet assuming it’s because of how old the song actually is. it’s called “Slap Bang Here We Go Again” or “The School Of Jolly Dogs”?

I was looking for this song myself, lol. It has a pretty catchy tune. It will be posted shortly.

Hello! Say, is there any chance you have the the voice files of Ezio in Revelations, when he does parkour/gets hurt? You know, more specifically, when Ezio gets hurt by an enemy or sometimes when he parkours he makes these grunting/ow-ing/’complaining about his poor old bones and how he is too old for this’ noises/one-liners

I know it’s been a while since I’ve played the Ezio trilogy, but I think you hear more of that in Brotherhood than in Revelations (I can remember him “complaining” only once in the latter, however). I’ll see what I can find.

Hi! I’m looking from a track from ac syndicate that I fell in love with. I wouldnt bother you without searching for it myself first but I thought Id give it a shot and ask you if you know the track. Its an instrumental version of down amongs the dead men and i noticed it playing two times by now, always when the player is infiltrating a hideout, but i think it randomly plays at any of the side missions. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you, and may your blog continue to prosper (:

I have a music box version and a cello version (not yet posted), but I think the one you’re talking about is the soundtrack version without the vocals. I’ll post it when I find it.

yeha but fans can have different opinions. i could have a blog about the x-men movies and hate some of the movies.

(Assuming you’re the same Anon who asked about AC3, Rogue, and Unity…)

Well, I run a blog about the Assassin’s Creed series and I like all the games. I may like one game more than the other, but if anyone asks me if the series is good in general, my answer will always be yes. That’s my opinion.

And that’s different from asking what I think about each game in the series.

Uggghhhh tell me about it! *perf gif reaction!* To clarify, I mean all four in a book sequel written by him would be a personal nightmare, and at least I think, one for the fandom should fear too. I vote for Christie Golden after looking at the Abstergo Book and Blackbeard’s journal, as well as reading her other works. Oh and if you like, the manga version of AC4 Black Flag is free on Manga Reader if you want to check it out. 7 chapters in total, or so far.

Either way, that’s still probably not going to happen because they’re essentially characters some believe are not worth receiving more attention except in short passages found in the encyclopedias or the games’ Animus Database. Thankfully, we do have amazing writers like Christie Golden (and you too, @jnadiger!) that tell us about the characters fans are uh… “violently yearning” to know more about, whether it be in a form of an illustrated book or a short-lived website (RIP AC Initiates).

Reading the manga is currently on my list.. of books that I’ll get to within the next +5 years.

If there is one thing I fear, is a book of Connor, Shay, Arno, and Aveline written by Oliver Bowden. Plz no, they had it bad as it is. Like they need more poo on their chests. In other side, that Japanese dub file, makes me want a anime AC. I want it. Read the AC4 Manga too, wished it continued for at least till Unity or somethin.

Technically, they are novels for Connor and Arno, but they’re ironically not the main characters. In any case, I doubt they’ll ever be one for any of them because as far as I know, many of people could care less about the “newer" Assassins because “they’re not Ezio” as some people would complain about on Youtube videos.

Also, I was surprised that a manga adaption of AC4 was written. I haven’t read it myself so I can’t say whether they should make more adaptations for it. Seems like the manga was well-received though.

I don’t know if you’ve mentioned anything about this, but what do you think of the modern timeline of AC? Personally I think everything is a mess after Desmond died (sobs).

A mess is a serious understatement, aha.

I “briefly” mentioned it before, and my thoughts on it hasn’t really changed much… then again, I haven’t done a lot of thinking lately, heh.

However, I will say that I am interested to see how Desmond Jr. and the fact that he’s a Sage is going to play in the future. But from what I’ve gathered so far from playing the games, the future looks pretty grim for both Templars and Assassins.
