Is it okay to pre-emptively make requests for audio from Syndicate, even though the PC version isn’t out or anything?

One of the main reasons I said no requests for Syndicate is due to the PC version being delayed until next week. Another for slow people like me who hasn’t finished the game yet (I just past the half way… I think). I’ll make an update about it once it’s okay to do so… which would probably be either at the end of November/beginning of December.

HOWEVER, I will post something tomorrow due it being a very special day. Spoiler-free, of course. (:

I’m not sure if this could count towards your trailer music list, but there’s one commercial on TV where Jacob calls Starrick a bully and then it plays clips from the game to “London Calling” by The Clash. I just wanted to mention because it took me awhile to find after I heard it and I wasn’t sure if anyone else might be looking.

Yes, I do know that’s the name of the song used for the London Calling Trailer. I didn’t add it to the list because I’m still looking for the remix version used in the trailer.

You know, one comment I saw about how Syndicate still wasn’t as good as the older games made me start thinking what was it about the previous games that made them stand out and to me I think it was the music and how since III, it really hasn’t been used to compliment the world you’re in, it’s like in II, you could be in Venice and Dream of Venice just starts playing and it creates a nice atmosphere and now in some of them, the music doesn’t play very often and you miss out on that atmosphere.

I agree. Music does play a big part in video games (along with movies and TV shows), and anyone that says otherwise needs to pull a stick out of their hindquarters.

Most people agree that the music from the games are great, but the fact that most of the tracks are rarely heard in game brings down the quality and experience quite a bit. It’s a shame that all of the composer’s work can’t be heard unless you get the soundtrack (and not all of the tracks even make it to the official album).
