In AC Syndicate, I was occasionally able to trigger a few bars of the hymn Abide With Me. This is not the standard version, which has the solo violin; it’s a version that seems to be mostly flutes. It was usually triggered by climbing somewhere on or around Lambeth Station. I would love to be able to hear this on demand! This site is awesome BTW. Thanks!

I think what you’re looking is for the “flute solo” heard in “Too Dreadful a Practice for This Open Air” (starts at 0:28). The track has the melody to “Abide With Me” with lyrics from Henry Purcell’s opera Dido and Aeneas.

Some of the tracks in the OST are essentially melodies from Christian hymns with lyrics from Purcell’s opera, from what I have gathered.
