You’ll have to use either Tumblr Savior or the Blacklist extension if you have xkit installed.

Add common phrases like “Assassin’s Creed Unity spoilers”, “ACU spoilers”, “ACUnity” to the list where you’ll see a notification “[username] made a post containing: [blacklisted phrase]” on your dashboard (at least that’s what Tumblr Savior’s set up is like).

You can also blacklist images by adding the URLs to your list.
